EFSC On-Campus & Remote (Virtual) Testing Options
Online Scheduler in place for face-to-face testing appointments by Campus
Eastern Florida State College continues to offer several testing options through remote, virtual platforms in addition to on-campus testing services. View the chart below for test availability (both on-campus and remote) plus information on how to make an appointment. In-person test appointments take place at the Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay and Titusville EFSC Assessment Centers.
To participate in Remote Testing options, students must agree to all EFSC Remote Virtual Testing Polices. Students with a documented disability can view details on how to request accommodations and should allow extra time for that process.

Placement testing options include:
• Remote ACCUPLACER via Examity with PC or laptop equiped with a webcam and microphone and reliable internet access, including the special ACCUPLACER exam for math placement higher than College Algebra. Request a Remote ACCUPLACER exam.
• On-campus Placement Testing (via PERT or ACCUPLACER) takes place at the Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay and Titusville Campus Assessment Centers. Testing is done by appointment only, Mon. - Thurs., starting at 9 AM. The last appointment start time for the full placement exam is 1:45 PM and appointments for single-subject exams are being made up to 3 PM. You must bring a photo ID, and all personal items are not allowed in the testing area and must be stored in test center lockers. To schedule an on-campus appointment for face-to-face Placement Testing, use the RegisterBlast online system and any test fee due and a handling fee will be assessed at the time the test appointment is made. RegisterBlast is available for self-service scheduling by Campus, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will display all available seats for scheduling. Students will have the ability to cancel their test appointment or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of test appointment.
Requests for Retest via the RegisterBlast system will be screened by test center staff to ensure the appropriate subjects are selected and fees will only be assessed where due. Requests to schedule retests may require up to 3 business days for the Testing and Assessment Staff to provide the appropriate Access Code needed to schedule the retest appointment so check the email used when requesting the retest. All required test fees will be paid via RegisterBlast with a credit card and a small handling fee at the time the test is scheduled. Refunds for No Shows will not be refunded. In addition to the PERT, ACCUPLACER is also available on-campus as a retest option after requests are screened by the testing center.
Due to the high demand for testing and limited seating capacity in the Assessment Centers, students should consider taking the ACCUPLACER test virtually with Examity if they desire an earlier test appointment.
