Public Administration BAS Track - Admissions Information
Enrolling in the program is easy. You just need to follow the standard application process for a bachelor's degree at EFSC. It's important to stay updated on any upcoming application deadlines to ensure a smooth application experience. The program has three start terms: Fall, Spring, and Summer, beginning in August, January, and May respectively.
If you're interested in pursuing the Public Administration BAS Track, you must have successfully completed an Associate in Science (A.S.) or Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from a college that's regionally accredited by the time you start classes. An Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, however, does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements. If you hold an AAS degree and want to transfer to a BAS program, please consult with a bachelor advisor to review your coursework and discuss options.
Brief Costs and Financial Aid Eligibility
As a Florida resident, you can complete the program in about two years, with in-state tuition costing around $7,200. It's important to note that this tuition covers the program's courses and fees but does not include expenses for course materials or lab fees.
Since you will enter with an associate degree, you'll need to complete an additional 60 credits within the program, with approximately 39 of these credits dedicated to upper-level courses according to EFSC's fee schedule.
To support you financially during your journey, there are various options available. You may be eligible for financial aid and scholarships, such as Titan Scholarships funded through the EFSC Foundation. Additionally, there are external scholarships you can explore to help you cover your education expenses. EFSC also offers a tuition payment plan.
