Healthcare Management BAS Track - Admissions Information
Applying to the program is a straightforward process. Just follow Eastern Florida's general application steps for a bachelor's degree. It's essential to stay updated on the application deadlines in the process. This program has three different start terms: Fall, Spring, and Summer, beginning in August, January, and May, respectively.
If you're interested in the Healthcare Management BAS Track, it's also important to have completed an Associate in Science (A.S.) or Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from a college with regional accreditation. Please note that an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements. If you have an AAS degree and are considering transferring to a BAS program, we recommend consulting with a bachelor advisor, who can help you determine the appropriate next steps.
Brief Costs and Financial Aid Eligibility
If you're a resident of Florida, you have the advantage of completing this two-year program's courses at an estimated cost of $7,200. It's important to note that this covers the program's tuition and fees but does not include additional expenses for course materials or lab fees.
As you will start the program having already earned an associate degree, you'll need to complete an additional 60 credits, 39 of which will be focused on upper-level courses, as listed in EFSC's fee schedule.
To provide financial support throughout your education, there are various options available. You may be eligible for financial aid and scholarships, including the Titan Scholarships provided by the EFSC Foundation. Additionally, there are external scholarships that you can explore to help cover the costs of your education.
