Office Management - Associate Degree

The degree is an online program with courses taking place through the Canvas online Learning Management System, providing flexibility to do the work and meet the deadlines when it fits your schedule. Office Management A.S. - Course Curriculum
The courses in this program take place completely online — a format that gives you the freedom to simultaneously work and attend school, if needed. However, please note that the internship course is an exception, as it requires physical participation at a host site.
The Office Management A.S. was previously known as Office Administration before the start of the 2024-25 academic year. The program offers two curriculum specializations, allowing you to choose the one that best aligns with your interests and career goals:
Office Management A.S. Degree - Admissions Information
In the Office Management A.S. degree program, you have the flexibility to enroll and start classes in any term due to its rolling admissions policy. To apply for this program, simply follow Eastern Florida's general application process.
If you've completed or are currently taking eligible Brevard Public Schools career tech courses in the Accounting, Business Technology or Finance areas, you may be eligible to receive advanced standing credit toward your Office Management degree. This can save you both time and money.
Similarly, if you hold certain industry certifications, you may be eligible for free college credit through an articulation agreement. These certifications include the Accredited Legal Professional (ALP) Certification, the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Bundle Certification, the MOS Master Certification, and the Professional Legal Secretary (PLS) Certification.

Brief Costs and Financial Aid Eligibility
When you pursue the Office Management A.S. degree at Eastern Florida, the estimated costs, including in-state tuition and fees, amount to around $6,240. Keep in mind that this doesn't cover expenses related to course materials and lab fees. The program is eligible for Federal financial aid and scholarships, which can help to reduce your overall expenses.

EFSC's Bachelor of Applied Science degrees, including the 12 business track choices in the Organizational Management program, are specifically designed for A.S. graduates who will complete additional general education requirements as part of their BAS program.
EFSC's BAS curriculum is designed for seamless transition with an A.S. degree. As a student, you'll participate in a 96-hour internship or co-op experience as part of the Office Management program. Related Degree and Certificate Programs
