Medical Office Management - Certificate Program

Behind every successful medical or dental practice, you'll find a skilled office administration team! If you're interested in a career in the medical or administrative field, Eastern Florida's Medical Office Management Certificate program is a great starting point.

By enrolling in this program, you'll earn a College Credit Certificate (CCC) that will be immediately useful in the workforce. Plus the courses you take can also be applied toward EFSC's Office Management A.S. degree, which offers three specializations: General Administration, Legal Office, and Medical Office. Once you complete the program, you'll be qualified for various entry-level and some mid-level office positions in medical, dental, and other healthcare settings. With the certificate in hand, you could pursue roles such as office assistant, office manager, receptionist, office clerk, and more.
