Utilizing our state-of-the-art HD mobile production unit, WEFS offers live remote production services for NJCAA college sporting events hosted on Eastern Florida's Melbourne Campus, specifically tailored for broadcast on WEFS-TV. These full, high-definition productions make use of up to six cameras, including two equipped with 55x sports lenses, and offer the option of a jib camera, ensuring comprehensive coverage of EFSC's athletics teams.

Furthermore, WEFS extends its live and live-to-tape event production capabilities beyond the realm of sports. Our mobile production unit is equipped to cover events at locations such as the Simpkins Center for the Performing Arts, the King Center for the Performing Arts, government meeting rooms, and more. It is available for hire to accommodate productions in any location you require!

WEFS boasts a meticulously designed studio, a collaborative effort between WEFS and the Harris Corporation, offering an expansive 3,600 square feet of studio space. This versatile studio includes dedicated talk-show sets and a full, 360-degree black or grey cyclorama for a variety of production needs. Additionally, our studio is equipped with a seamless, wrap-around green screen set specifically tailored for HD green screen productions. For multi-camera studio productions, we offer a 15-foot camera jib, adding a touch of elegance with sweeping shots that elevate the production value of your show.

Incorporating cutting-edge technology, our mobile unit productions are supported by a robust set of tools, including a Ross Vision 3 ME switcher, teleprompter services, two channels of Xpression graphics, a GrandMA lighting board for precise control of our fully dimmable lighting grid, a 96-channel Yamaha DM200 audio mixer, and a Clearcom intercom system for seamless station-to-station and control room-to-studio communication. To further enhance the audio experience, WEFS provides a dedicated soundproof audio booth, ideal for voice-over work.

WEFS possesses extensive capabilities in HD mobile productions, whether indoors or outdoors, with a comprehensive selection of grip and lighting equipment readily accessible to cater to various production needs.

Our flexible offerings encompass both single-camera and multi-camera options, providing the versatility required for diverse projects. Additionally, our 15-foot camera jib is at your disposal, enhancing location and field productions with dynamic camera movements and angles.

Within our facilities, you'll find seven fully-equipped HD edit suites, each featuring cutting-edge Adobe Creative Suite editing stations. These suites are seamlessly connected to a robust twenty-terabyte redundant network via fiber optic cable, ensuring efficient data management and storage.

For your convenience, each edit suite is outfitted with 55" viewing monitors, facilitating client viewing and approval, making the editing process as collaborative and client-friendly as possible.
