How to Withdraw Online
Important Note: If you are thinking of withdrawing from a class, please contact your advisor first, plus review the possible financial and academic implications. Your advisor can review the resources available to help you and we want to make sure you are aware of all of your options. View advising contact and appointment information.
Once you are aware of the consequences of withdrawing from a course, and have determined that you want to withdraw, you can use the online system.

- If you have any registration holds on your record, you will not be able to withdraw online.
- After the published withdrawal deadline, you will be unable to withdraw from a course.
- When using the online system, you must withdraw by 11:59:59 PM on the "Last Day to Withdraw with a Grade of W" deadline published on the academic calendar for the term in question.
1. Log in to the myEFSC Portal
Click to log in to the myEFSC Student Services Portal. with your EFSC Student Email address and password.

- If you have forgotten your password, you can get assistance through the Titan Self-Service Dashboard.
- If you have forgotten your Titan Student email then visit the Student ID and Email Lookup page.

2. After logging in, click on TitanWeb
3. You will be directed to the “Student Services” landing page.
4. Click on “Registration/Add/Drop/Withdraw from Classes”
5. Next click on "Register/Add/Drop/Withdraw"
6. Select the Current Term from the dropdown and click "Continue"
7. You will see your current schedule at the bottom of the screen.
8. To withdraw from a class, use the "Action" dropdown menu to the right of each course.
9. Select the appropriate withdrawal choice from the dropdown menu: "Withdraw Academic" if it's for an academic reason OR "Withdraw Personal Reasons" if it's for a reason not related to your academic progress, such as a medical issue. Click "Submit" so that choice shows by the course.
10. You much click "Submit" a second time to execute the Withdrawal and remove the course from your schedule.
