EFSC Accepting Applications for Student Housing

Eastern Florida State College invites current and incoming students to study and live on-campus for the 2025-2026 academic year that starts with the Fall Term, with the student housing application for new residents opening on April 14, 2025.

Room availability in on-campus student housing is limited.

To apply for student housing through the online application, visit the Student Housing webpage.

The Fall Term move-in date is August 15, 2025.

A $75 non-refundable application fee is required and must be paid prior to submission of the online application form. In order to be eligible to move in, students must be registered for at least 12 full-credit hours.

Orientation for new residents is required and dates will be shared with students who are offered and accept a housing slot.

EFSC's Residence Halls on the Melbourne Campus are fully air-conditioned, 96-bed facilities divided into furnished suites with four individual bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a shared full kitchen, and a common living room.

Other amenities include Internet access, cable TV, a laundry facility, study and recreational rooms, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, parking, and more.
