EFSC’s Emergency Management Team continues to evaluate each of its campuses in the wake of Thursday’s impact from Hurricane Milton.

Currently, power is still out in some areas of the county, impacting the Cocoa and Titusville campuses. As a result, these two campuses will be closed on Friday, Oct. 11. This includes the Cocoa Campus Library and Academic Success Center for tutoring.

The Melbourne and Palm Bay campuses will be open for regular Friday business hours, including the Melbourne Campus Library and Academic Success Center for tutoring.

Pending power restoration for all four EFSC campuses, the College plans to be open on Monday, Oct. 14. All classes, on-campus and on-line, and activities scheduled for Monday will be held as scheduled.

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to monitor the college’s website at easternflorida.edu for updates as the college works to bring all campuses back online.

Students are encouraged to contact their instructors with questions about the impact of the Tuesday, Oct. 8 through Thursday, Oct. 10 closure on class assignments.
