Facilities Expert Joins EFSC Leadership Team

Eastern Florida State College recently announced that Russ DeGraw has joined its leadership team as Associate Vice President of Facilities and Special Projects.

Russ Degraw HeadshotMr. DeGraw is a U.S. Army retired Lieutenant Colonel with more than 20 years of service as a combat engineer.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York Maritime College and an M.B.A. from Dowling College.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in construction project management, facilities planning and operations, and contract management at the federal, state, and local government levels.

“We are very pleased to have Russ join our EFSC team,” said Dr. James Richey, President of Eastern Florida State College.

Laura Maxwell, Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer at the college, added, “His proven leadership in facilities and knowledge of the construction industry will ensure success with our current projects, as well as future efforts to upgrade facilities on our Cocoa campus.”
