EFSC Plans Preview Event for Parents of High Schoolers

November 04, 2021

Eastern Florida State College will host a virtual Parent Preview Night covering topics including Dual Enrollment on Tuesday, November 16 at 6:30 p.m.

In addition to information about earning high school and college credit through dual enrollment, parents will gain valuable details about early admission and Advanced Standing Credit programs, as well as get an introduction to the rigors of college coursework.

The online event will provide in-depth information about the highlighted programs, including their benefits and the general processes to get public, private and home-schooled students enrolled.

The workshop will help parents get their students ready for college and career planning, learn about pathways to jumpstart college coursework, reduce the time it takes to complete a degree, save money and strengthen university applications.
