Eastern Florida Phlebotomy Program Deadline Approaching

Applications are being accepted through Nov. 3 for the EFSC health sciences program that can lead to a career collecting blood for donation or testing.

The phlebotomy certificate program is now available on both the Cocoa and Titusville Campuses.

Applicants must attend a program orientation in order to apply for the Spring 2015 term, which begins in January. An orientation session to discuss the program and how to apply will be held on Monday, October 27 at 2 p.m. on the Cocoa Campus in Bldg. 20 (Health Sciences), Room 205.

The deadline to apply online for the program and pay the $25 application fee is Monday, November 3.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must be 18 years of age and have their high school diploma or GED, and also have applied and been accepted to EFSC.
