Students Need 2014 Sticker to Ride Free SCAT Buses
November 18, 2013
An updated sticker is required on student identification cards to ride free on Space Coast Area Transit buses during the 2014 calendar year.
Students can pick up the 2014 bus sticker at Eastern Florida State College libraries or cashier's offices on the Titusville, Cocoa, Melbourne and Palm Bay campuses. The sticker must then be placed on the student identification card, which also serves as the college library card.
The special sticker with the number "14" allows EFSC students to ride without cost on SCAT buses in Brevard County.
The updated 2014 stickers must be on the IDs by January 27 first to gain the free SCAT bus access during the 2014 calendar year.
Students who need an EFSC identification card can visit any campus library. Several groups of students can also get their EFSC ID cards at their campus security office. This option only applies to those registered in health sciences or nursing, student government association officers and student aides.
