EFSC to Host Veteran's Day Event

Eastern Florida State College will host the 31st Annual Veterans Memorial Service and Massing of the Colors on Mon., Nov. 11 at 3 p.m.

The Veteran's Day tradition will take place on the Cocoa Campus in the George F. Schlatter Veterans Memorial Amphitheater.

The free event is open to the public. Featured speakers include VADM Robert C. Parker, Commander Atlantic Area, U.S. Coast Guard and Eastern Florida State College president Dr. Jim Richey.

This very moving, patriotic event honors those who gave their lives in service to our country, and pays tribute to those who currently serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. This year’s featured service is the U.S. Coast Guard.
