Seminar Set for March 6 & 7

February 13, 2012, Brevard County, FL – Brevard Community College will present the B.W. Simpkins Business Seminar for Entrepreneurial Development entitled “From Zero to $30 Million…Accidentally on purpose”  two days in March.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday, March 6 at 9:30 a.m. at the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, 3865 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne; and again on Wednesday, March 7 at 9:30 a.m. at the B.W. Simpkins Fine Arts Center on the BCC Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Road. It is free and open to the public.

Carol Craig, Founder and CEO/CFO of Craig Technologies, is the featured speaker.

In just over 12 years, Craig created a company with a national presence that’s important to America’s defense, security and space industries.  Drawing on a hands-on management style from her background as a systems/software engineer, civil servant, support contractor, and naval flight officer, Craig brings a unique perspective to the development of small businesses and entrepreneurship.

The seminar is part of the B.W. Simpkins Entrepreneurial Lecture Series that brings outstanding entrepreneurs to Brevard County to speak about finding economic success.  Its founder, Bernie Simpkins, is a successful businessman and generous philanthropist with a long history of partnership with Brevard Community College.
