In late June 2019 the U.S. Department of Education announced that it was rescinding Gainful Employment regulations effective July 1, 2020, with an option for early implementation on July 1, 2019. As of that date, EFSC certificate and clock hour programs are no longer subject to Gainful Employment regulations.
