Faculty - Student Success Check [view and/or download Success Check PDF tutorial]
This system allows instructors to identify and recommend intervention options for students who may be struggling in their course. The system replaces the previous “Early Alert” notification that was done once a term. Faculty-initiated withdrawals are also processed through this system.

EFSC offers an easy-to-use, web-based academic advising and degree audit tool that helps currently active students successfully navigate curriculum requirements. The video tutorial helps familiarize faculty with the system and its benefits so you can actively encourage students to utilize myGPS and stay on track for program completion.
