EFSC offers students and alumni free lifetime access to all MyPlan.com career planning services. To take any of the Career Assessment Tests, please contact one of our Career Centers in person or by phone. The MyPlan assessment is available in-person at all EFSC Career Centers. MyPlan.com is independent and unbiased, giving you the truth about colleges, careers and majors. It includes an interest inventory, skills profiler and personality test, plus information about top careers, jobs and industries, including a salary calculator.
Keirsey Temperament Sorter II
The Keirsey Temperament Sorter®-II (KTS®-II) is the most widely used personality instrument in the world. It is a powerful 70-question personality assessment that helps individuals discover their personality type. The KTS-II is based on Keirsey Temperament Theory™, published in the best selling books, "Please Understand Me®" and "Please Understand Me II," by Dr. David Keirsey. The Keirsey assessment is available in-person at all EFSC Career Centers.
