To get started, visit the Welcome Desk in Building 1 for a campus tour swag bag (while supplies last). For the full experience while buildings are open, plan your self-guided tour during the Melbourne Campus hours of operation from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Stop 1: Administration

This hub for Melbourne student services includes Admissions, Advising, International Students, and Bachelor Degree Offices along with Financial Aid and the Dean of Students Office. This is also home to Career Services, the Office of Undergraduate Research, and the Titan2Titan clothing closet and food pantry.

Stop 2: Library

The Library offers information access, instructional support, and reference services. Tutoring and writing assistance are available through the Academic Success Center (ASC) and Writing Center. Individual study rooms, media equipment, and other amenities are available for student use. This is also home to the Military and Veterans Service Center.

Stop 3: Health Sciences

This $20 million, 60,000-square-foot state-of-the-art building contains specialized labs and training areas on par with the best in the nation. Inside this advanced facility, Health Sciences & Nursing students can practice on human patient simulators and exercise skills & hands-on training found in a real-world environment.

Stop 4: Bookstore

The Campus Bookstore, operated by Barnes & Noble, is a one-stop shop for new, used, rental, and electronic textbooks plus book exchanges and buy-backs. The bookstore offers a selection of EFSC spirit wear, supplies, drinks, and snacks. It’s also the source for graduation caps and gowns.

Stop 5: Science Building

Scientific exploration and discovery is the purpose of this elaborate, two-story facility. Along with faculty offices and an open study area, the Science Building is packed with classrooms and cutting-edge chemistry and biology labs. Explore STEM programs.

Stop 6: Student Union

The Union is home to student activities, clubs, student government, plus the Office of Student Life. The food court includes Chick-fil-A. The main lobby has a student lounge, pool tables, video games, & computer stations. The 2nd floor, 250-seat Conference Center is available for campus events and community functions.

Stop 7: Gymnasium

The Titan Field House is home court for EFSC’s men’s and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball. EFSC has a total of 13 varsity athletics teams and all home games are free and open to the public. Along with a wood-floor court, the Field House seats about 1500 fans. The Fitness Center is also here and free for students and faculty to use.

Stop 8: Classroom Building

The modern, three-story Dr. Joe Lee Smith Teaching Center is packed with classrooms, including an 80-seat lecture hall on the first floor. The Computer Lab has late hours on school days so students can work on assignments, homework, and class projects.

Stop 9: Public Safety Institute

We train students & professionals inside this 66,500 square-foot facility. Equipped with a mock jail & realistic courtroom, authentic emergency medical labs, & elaborate crime scene operations, the Institute offers the best in criminal justice education. There's also continuing ed options plus the Brevard Police Testing & Selection Center.

Stop 10: Pavilion & More

The Melissa Prevatt Pavilion is a shady spot in the heart of campus popular for outdoor student activities. Nearby is the King Center for the Performing Arts as well as Building 10 which houses a variety of student resources, such as SAIL and TRiO Offices, the Testing & Assessment Center and the Campus Security Office.
