Bachelor Deadlines
The deadlines and information below are for students applying to EFSC's bachelor degree programs. Applications will be accepted and processed in the order in which they are received. Please review all information carefully, noting the custom deadlines for each degree or specialization. Consult with a bachelor advisor if you have questions.
RN to BSN Degree Application Deadlines:
The RN to BSN program has a rolling admissions process as the application packet is finalized. Students are eligible to register for courses upon acceptance into the program. RN to BSN applicants must provide the license number and expiration date for their active, clear, unencumbered Florida Registered Nursing License when completing EFSC's online application. Learn more about the RN to BSN application process and requirements.
RN to BSN Priority Deadlines
Term | Opens | Priority Deadline | BSN Application Closes |
---|---|---|---|

Fall 2025** | October 11, 2024 | June 30, 2025** | September 22, 2025** |
Spring 2026** | March 14, 2025 | November 10, 2025** | February 16, 2026** |
*The priority BSN deadline allows for acceptance for the first part of a term when
a larger selection of courses are available, with a reduced selection available if
a student starts mid term in a shorter 8-week session.
**Please note that dates for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 are pending final approval
and subject to change.
Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) and Science Teacher Education B.S. Application Deadlines:
Important Notes
- Students will not be accepted into a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) program until final, official transcripts from all other regionally accredited colleges have been received. To allow time for processing, transcript(s) should be sent to arrive a minimum of three weeks before the Fall and Summer Term start dates and a minimum of six weeks before the Spring Term start date due to winter break.
- EFSC students in the final term of their associate degree, must have submitted the "Intent to Graduate" form prior to submitting a bachelor's application.
- The Priority Online Application Deadlines chart below includes the transcript evaluation process and also allows time for the required online orientation and advising appointment to clear course registration holds.
- Because some Health Science BAS programs require program manager approval prior to acceptance, those specializations may have an earlier Priority Deadline or Application Close date than other BAS or B.S. programs to allow time for the review process.
- Applications received after the Priority Deadline and before the Application Closing Date will be processed, but may not allow sufficient time to start at the beginning of the term and class selection is more limited for shorter, "parts of term" courses. Review Eastern Florida's term start dates.
