Study Abroad in Italy

Take a 10-day trip to Italy followed by four weeks in the online classroom, through this enriching short-term Summer Term 2025 study abroad course. Focused on the Italian Renaissance, students will explore the cultural, artistic, and historical significance of this transformative period.

Trip & Course Highlights

• In-Depth Lectures: Engage with experts who will guide you through the key themes and figures of the Renaissance, including art, literature, philosophy, and science.

• Site Visits: Experience firsthand the masterpieces of renowned artists such as Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and Raphael by visiting iconic locations in Florence, Rome, and Venice.

Expenses and Accommodations

The cost of this trip starts at $4,530 and varies based on age and accommodations. A monthly payment plan is available.

EFSC tuition is separate from the program cost. Participants must register for the following associated course: HUM 2740: Study Abroad in the Humanities, which can be used as part of the general education Humanities requirement as part of your Eastern Florida degree program.
