COVID-19 Update: As of Aug. 3, select EFSC services are available on campus, with prior appointments required in most cases and facial coverings and social distancing requirements in place. See the Updated Student Services Guide for details about on-campus access and continuing virtual services. EFSC will reopen its four campuses in August for the Fall Term with many classes online, limited in-person classes and safety measures in place to protect against COVID-19. Build a strong foundation and prepare for the competitive world of Art and Design.

EFSC’s Studio Art courses provide the visual art student with foundation-level classes necessary for many diverse majors such as Studio Art, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Art Education, and more. Graphics Technology and Digital Media combine elements of art, photography, video and computer graphics with new technology and imaginative effort to create today’s new media. These competencies are critical for emerging jobs in television, on the Internet, in business, corporate and government communications, and in education and the entertainment industry.

Meet Sarah Kellner

I had a wonderful experience in the Art Program at EFSC. I have always had a passion for art, and the courses and outstanding instruction provided at EFSC were instrumental in helping me to refine my skills, expand my talents, and explore a variety of different art-making techniques and processes. EFSC provided me with a strong foundation in the arts that allowed me to attain a scholarship to the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia and graduate with my Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree.
