Access online tutoring


EFSC Virtual Tutoring
Academic Success Center tutors are available to EFSC students for virtual tutoring during the COVID-19 related campus closures.

Limited third party-tutoring is also offered online live, by appointment, or through submissions for math, science, Spanish, nursing, reading and writing subjects. Tutors available 24/7 for EFSC students. Log-in using your full TITAN email address as your USERNAME and birthdate formatted as MMDDYY as PASSWORD. Students only have a limited number of hours they can use through Smarthinking but it is a great resource when you really need a little extra help. Learn more about Smarthinking.

Online Writing Lab
Writing tutors review submitted papers, scholarship essays and job applications Monday through Thursday until 3 PM. Anything submitted after 3 PM Thursday is reviewed the following Monday. Turn-around time is usually 24 hours or less.

Connect with academic support

The Titusville Academic Success Center (ASC), formerly known as the Learning Lab, is a comprehensive resource center providing academic support to students, such as tutoring. The Titusville Assessment Center is located in the same area, providing on-site testing services. The Centers are open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and are located in Building 1, Room 115.

Students may utilize the Titusville location to work with tutors, study, use computers and print assignments, plus access testing services. Additionally, Developmental Writing and Reading students come into the Lab for one-on-one assistance. Overall, students find the following services available in the Titusville Academic Success Center & the Assessment Center:

Assessment Services

PERT or TABE Testing: To register for these tests contact the EFSC Call Center at 321-632-1111.

TEAS Tests: To register for health sciences program TEAS tests in Titusville, please call 321-433-5418 and visit the TEAS Testing web page for more information.
