Cyber Titans Student Club

Eastern Florida State College's Cyber Titans is a student club focused around cybersecurity. The group is an official college club, coordinated through the Office of Student Life and sponsored by Nicole Dyess, the program manager for the Center for Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics.

Club members take part in student outreach events related to Internet safety and privacy. The club also holds study sessions for students who want to prepare for the Security+, CySA, CEH, and CHFI exams.

Club members participate in multiple capture the flag (CTF) events throughout the year including the NSA CAE annual CTF.

For more information on joining the Cyber Titans, contact Nicole Dyess at dyessn@easternflorida.edu.

The club participates in the National Cyber League (NCL) competition in the Fall and Spring semesters, a national competition that involves more than 500 schools and more than 10,000 students. In the Fall of 2023, the EFSC Cyber Titans placed 11th in the Eastern Region, and 31st overall in the nation, out of over 600 teams competing. EFSC's red team placed 22nd in the team event.
