Travel & Tourism - Organizational Management BAS Specialization
The Travel and Tourism Management specialization in the Organizational Management Bachelor of Applied Science degree is intended to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a mid-level management position in the travel and tourism industry.

Opportunities span the globe and are right in our backyard, from the world-renowned theme parks in nearby Orlando to cruise lines that sail out of Port Canaveral.

Students will complete core business coursework available online or on campus as part of their Organizational Management Bachelor of Applied Science degree — plus focus on the specialization courses generally taught 100% online including hospitality and event management, cruise line operations, tourism, theme park and attractions management.

Travel & Tourism Management Admissions Information
The admissions process follows the general bachelor's degree enrollment steps, which also include upcoming deadlines to apply. Students are accepted into the program for the Spring, Summer, and Fall terms which start in January, May and August each year.
Applicants for this specialization must have earned an Associate in Science (A.S.) or Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from a regionally accredited college. An Associate of Applied Science ( AAS) degree does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements. AAS degree holders interested in transfer to this BAS program should consult with a bachelor's advisor to review coursework and determine the best transfer options.
Brief Costs & Financial Aid Eligibility
Students entering the program with an associate degree will need to complete 60 credits, with about 39 of those credits being upper level courses on the tuition fee schedule. Due to reasonable in-state tuition, the program's two years of courses can be completed for about $7,200 in base tuition if you qualify as a Florida resident.
You may also be eligible for financial aid and scholarships as you complete the Organizational Management - Travel & Tourism specialization at EFSC. All students are encouraged to apply for both federal aid and scholarships funded through the EFSC Foundation, plus community-based scholarships.
