Did either of your parent(s) complete a Bachelor's degree?*
Did you complete a FAFSA (Federal Financial Aid) application for the current academic year?*
Did you file a U.S. tax return for the last full calendar year?*
Are you currently enrolled in developmental math, reading or writing?*
Do you have a diagnosed disability that requires special accommodations?*
If you answered yes to the prior question, do you have official documentation on file through EFSC’s SAIL office which coordinates accessibility requests?
